Actyon Norway, we are involved in one of the most important transport projects in Norway, the Follo Line Project.
Within this great project Actyon Norway collaborate in the work of:
Coating of the Cavern Intermediate Attack.
Actyon carries out the lining of the area destined to the location of the 4 tunnel boring machines where the excavation of the tunnels began. This is the lining of two parallel ducts, each 800 metres long, together with the lining of the connecting galleries between them and additional works such as the erection of walls and slabs dedicated to installations and maintenance.
The tunnel lining is made with PERI formwork carriages on rails and is concreted on site with a static pump or MECBO Autopump with booms. Actyon has a fleet of 6 Mercedes Arocs 4241 units with IMER Group concrete mixer.
Part of the tunnel lining has a reinforced section, therefore the steel reinforcement is installed in situ using baskets and lifting platforms together with mobile scaffolding. during installation, this reinforcement is secured in the section by steel trumpets installed in the support plus waterproofing..
Actyon’s work, as already mentioned, also includes the construction of the connection galleries, the procedure of which is firstly a guide wall and then the final coating is carried out with a smaller formwork carriage.
Installation of prefabricated products.
Actyon carries out the work of placing platforms for evacuation, passage for maintenance and location of telecommunications cabling in 2 tunnels with a total length of 40km.
For this purpose, part of the team dedicates its effort to the installation of a series of prefabricated parts, each 5.18m long, which are unloaded from an MSV by means of an Amorín gantry.
